It's not brick or stone, but kind of down the list from the stuff we HAVE to do first I guess.

Maybe we should re-prioritize since it came up first on my list. Kind of makes me wonder...

I would move it, and plop it down somewhere on the California coast

Barring that, I would extend the kitchen out into the area where the covered patio is, and make the rest of the small backyard into the patio. (975 sq ft single story condo w/ small backyard)

I like the layout and size of the rest of the place, just the kitchen is tiny.
