I test drove a 2007 Accord (nearly identical). It was one of the best cars I have ever driven. I think about and miss that car every day when I drive my Saturn Aura. The thing I remember most about the Accord was that it had the best feeling brakes I've ever tried.
Wife has a 2004 Accord LX sedan. No complaints from her (not much of a 'driver'. Just a 'A to B' person). I personally don't like the steering feedback and the center console causes me right leg to hurt after an hour of driving. Other than a faulty window regulator (common issue), the car's been fine although it only has 50K on it.
I have a few friends with that body style accord, both with 150k miles. They are good cars. Window regulators and radio faces go bad, but car will get you where you need to go.

Hope this helps!

I had to replace a window regulator on the driver side also but I also bought 'Rebuilt Salvage'. Best deal ever. Very stable car. I also had to replace a starter.
I just do the regular oil change ever 3K miles. Castrol GTX 5w20.

Theres a circuit board in the radio that goes out. the radio works but the display doesn't. to fix it they just change out the face of the radio, its not actually the radio. The headliners dont stand up well either, but thats cheapish to fix. Ive always had the older accords and think they are built better. Mine is nicer than either of the ones im talking about that my firends own, and it is 9 years older. I dont maintain or care for it particularly well. But the new ones will get you where you need to go, they are good cars.
My wife drove her 1993 accord for 11 years with nothing but the recommeded maintenance done. Se sold it to a friend whose daughter is still driving it. The frend says its the best car she ever owned as far as liability. My sister drove her 1995 accord until 6 months ago with just one leaking front axle boot other thn maintenace. That is 15 year.Great cars if you do the recommended maintenance as in the manual.
no 'problems', per se, but like many cars these days, the rotors are light and thin to save MPG. as a result, they can warp earlier than you'd think. i just did the front brakes on my wife's this weekend to get rid of a vibration she had when braking. on the plus side, it's a pretty darn easy car to work on when it comes to brakes. just have an impact driver handy. they use big ol' phillips screws to hold the rotor to the hub.
