Hmmmm. I hate to say it, but I learned knitting/crocheting BEFORE there was video (I was a
very precocious infant
). Have you checked on you tube? Or googled for videos? Or asked at the library? Or even try a local yarn or fabric store, they may be able to help you (NOT one of the craft chain stores -- altho usually the people are very helpful, they are usually not as knowledgeable as we could want). Knitting and crocheting are so popular now, I bet you could find something. I would go to a local bookstore/library and look at some issues of knitting/crocheting magazines, I bet there are some advertisements for videos in there. I wonder if they could be rented through netflix or something similar?
I noticed on another thread you were looking for information on how to crochet dog sweaters, that's an interesting idea. I would cross post on "Dog" forum in Pets, I bet someone there could help you. I'll keep my eyes open, Good luck!
