My blood pressure was 184 over god knows what, then I had a triple heart by-pass, now it's 127/72.

walnuts, raisins, beet sugar are good to strengthen blood arteries. but guelder rose is better. i also water raisins.

Its not real high but for someone in good shape and 29 yrs old it is.

As Pitt said if he is on any supplements at all tell him to stop taking them and see if it improves.

I know Hawthorn Berry has been used to treat high blood pressure so look into that. Also make sure he eats lots of healthy fats.

Does anyone in his family have high BP?
