Oops...it will be in one of the existing buildings on site but with an expansive renovation. Sorry about the mistake. Just noticed it on the site plan.
The site at 2400 Laurens Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29607-3814, is located at the southwest corner of Laurens Road and Laurel Creek Lane, several blocks north of Henderson Road.
Enigma Corporation, the buyer of the property, is the real estate operation of Spinx. I think it is best to say Spinx will be opening a new store here in the future.

Dang, I was hoping for a QT - I do like Spinx's ice better than QT's LOL - Spinx's new stores are somewhat competitive against QT (the customer service at QT is amazing/much better than Spinx)

They were far and away my favorite coffee shop in Greenville. I hope they continue their success. I know they've talked about possible additional locations but none are planned just yet.

I like Spinx for its delicatessen. I do not like its different cash and credit prices at the pump gimmick.
A station in that area is long overdue since Murphy closed a few years back across the street in the former Sam's Club parking lot.
If either Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods or Ingles become part of the new shopping development on the Verdae side of Laurens then possibly another fuel center could come to that area in the future.

A concern I have seen in the redevelopment plans is the lack of another access point into Verdae from Laurens Road between Woodruff Road and Verdae Boulevard. Without connectivity, customers will access businesses with easier access.
I think a supermarket locating along Woodruff Road near Rocky Slope Road may be the next best option.
