Although it's not in Simpsonville or Greer my husband and I drove this community this past week and I think it truly is a hidden gem. I'm from Colorado and it reminded me a lot of the higher end communities being developed around nature in Colorado. I have yet to see building like this here in the south. If I could put a subdivision on my wish list, this would be it. The pictures on their website really don't do it justice.
