I would love to see development past downtown going done I 16
I also hope the new hotel stays in business this time
Macon has the greatest connection with 475-75-16 and believe that the new interchange will improve that
The downtown in general also seems the most developed and surreal
I also hope that (Hartley Bridge road area) gets some retail/residential development eventually
I visit Macon A ton- the best part is the interchange construction. (The Trump Card)

That new I-16/ I-75 interchange is going to change the image of the city! Truth be told, I think that's going to be the separation factor in the way a lot of people view the city of Macon in a few years after complete, giving it a bigger city feel more than the other two, especially downtown regardless of population figures. Macon just gets more exposure as a city in general due to it interstate system and being on I-75.
