It's just north of the old Trinity Terrace building. Some blocks away from the Trinity.

Thanks.

And I just got sort of a "tease" from local architect John T. Roberts that there is "more coming"...

Some good news for the Western part of downtown.

New 5 story building in a section of downtown that's in desperate need of urbanization... well, ONE of the sections, anyway. An old building i being demolished now and this is what will replace it.

I recall them saying 2018 years ago as a completion date, then 2020...now TRV is saying 2023. Whatever the date is I am just glad the project is coming along. lol

Any completion date for the TRV project is pretty flimsy since it is light years away from being fully funded. They're depending on federal funding that may not ever come through.

FYI, the Walsh Ranch site (walshranch.com) has changed. The previous development plans, etc. are no longer there. Right now there is nothing except a form to request information.

However, new articles state that a development partner has been named. Dallas based Republic Property Group will develop Walsh Ranch.

Development partner selected for the Walsh Ranch in west Fort Worth | The Star Telegram The Star Telegram
Dallas developer will begin construction of 7,200-acre Fort Worth residential community | Dallas Morning News

Republic – which is developing the Lantana community near Flower Mound and Light Farms in Celina – was chosen in a competition with developers.

The company built the Stonebridge Ranch community in McKinney.

And Republic is currently developing the Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco.
