Don't like Ketchup. It has this weird taste. I'll go with Steak Sauce (whatever that is).

Exactly, a nice piece of beef should taste perfect without any condiments on top. I only use steak sauce with a poorly cooked or bad cut of meat.

I do not put anything on my steak (usually) But I do once in awhile enjoy it with fresh Bleu cheese
