I’m making manicotti with crepes. I couldn’t find and shells or tubes at the store, so I’ll make my own. It will probably be better anyway. Using 3 cheeses and spinach with a jar sauce.

Sous vide eye round with pan sauce (from searing it), something to do with sweet potatoes, and sauteed mushrooms.

We are having breakfast food for dinner tonight, just because I feel like it. It will be bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs with cheese and onions (salsa on the side), grits, and buttermilk biscuits with strawberry and apricot preserves.

I love breakfast for dinner!!! We never actually cook a breakfast, so it is our only chance.

Normally, I don't cook breakfast either. It's usually toast and coffee with the occasional egg.

I love breakfast for dinner too but DH isn’t keen on it.

He is keen on my pasta primavera though so I made a batch to bring to the coast so I get a break from cooking. We’ll have a salad too.
