So many good dinners lately! Alas, I haven't been too creative. Was going to roast a lamb for the first time ever using Magic's instructions, but I got crazy-busy with work so had to put it back in the freezer. A week from today is a major work deadline so I'm hoping to make the lamp that day.

I cooked salmon and had it with noodles, veggies (just onions and broccoli), and Thai sweet chili sauce on Friday, so it was leftovers Saturday ...

Today, tacos I think, if the ground beef has defrosted. Happy Sunday, everyone!

Looks great!, Yum, we have a lot of Salmon in PNW, I take it to Texas and trade for Brisket (Coolers fly free on SWA!)

Tonight (rainy in TX...)
Turkey / veggie soup (from BBQ / Smoked Thanksgiving soup stock). Been using frozen mixed veggies and chopped Broc (each < $1 / #) for a very quick and tasty soup meal.

Ham and Tillamook Cheese omelette tomorrow morning. (Buy a Ham and get Turkey for free @ Thanksgiving - Perfect, I love both!)

Burrito's - = my weakness and subsistance (With Green Chile and Pork + Cheese, mountain of lettuce and dab of Sour Cream)... Tomorrow night for sure!

Leftovers. Need to clean out the fridge so we can go shopping in between snow storms.
