Today it's Italian sausages in a sauce of diced tomatoes, onions and green peppers with cheese tortellini. Homemade focaccia with caramelized onion, dried grape tomatoes and olives. Tossed greens with tomatoes and Italian vinaigrette.

I wanted to serve frozen melon balls for dessert but the store doesn't have them. I have some nice, firm Pink Lady apples I'll probably slice.

Lentil black bean nachos, with veggies.

Tonight I will put in an eye round with the sous vide for dinner tomorrow.

We are under blizzard warning and with possible thundersnow (which I had to look up)...... so dinner plans may have to change.

Last night was French mustard chicken, rice, and green beans.

Tonight we're having bucatini all'amatriciana.
