last night was a dinner salad with arugula, toasted almonds, roast chicken, ancient grains, pears, blue cheese, shaved brussel sprouts, olive relish, with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Tonight will be a cauliflower stir fry or a traditional tuna salad. Not sure which way I want to go this early in the morning.

I'm leaning towards black bean burritos, with lots of cheese, and I can hide some veggies in there, and a side of coleslaw.
