Grilled Beyond Burgers on crusty rolls with sliced sweet local onions. Creamy crunchy pick nick potato salad with celery, carrots and pickles, grilled sweet corn with herbed butter. Crispy grilled zucchini planks with home made buttermilk ranch dressing.
Crispy, coconut oil, pan fried chicken breast wrapped in bacon & broccoli, drizzled in fresh lemon juice.
I dislike broccoli, but I'm trying to be an adult... & the lemon was more to hide the taste, rather than enhance flavor.
Same tomorrow to use up that icky veggie.
