We’re having grilled pork chops, roasted acorn squash, steamed carrots and a spinach strawberry salad with my signature orange fig balsamic dressing.

Lasagna Primavera - I found this wonderful recipe online. It utilizes so many wonderful Spring vegetables and it really lives up to it's name.

Still in the oven but smelling so, so good! And I had a little taste. This is a keeper! Serving with a cucumber and grape tomato salad.

I’m making the knot cheddar broccoli pasta side packet with an added head of fresh broccoli florets that was such a hit last time I made it.

Strawberries, raspberries, and chocolate are dessert options.

Kalua pig and cabbage and poi. We picked it up from an Asian market a few weeks ago, while I like poi, I'm not a fan of the other, so I'll probably have a big salad.
