I made lasagna yesterday and I’m still debating whether or not to throw it out. I used some Italian sausage from the freezer that ended up having a very funky taste and it ruined the whole dish. I also experimented with using the Palmini lasagna “sheets” and they actually were not too bad. I used about half regular noodles and half of the Palmini.
