We have an upcoming long weekend,expecting a good amount of snow today and I am busy cooking/baking ahead.

In slow cooker number 1 Minestrone,in slow cooker 2 chicken and lentil chili and in slowcooker 3 kheer/milk rice.On the stove Malai Kofta simmering,chapati dough ready in fridge,a European Bauernbrot ( with fennel, caraway and coriander seeds).Later a crumbly cake on a cookie sheet and 2 carrot breads.I did put out the ingredients for this easy to make snack,might make the dough,roll it in parchment and refrigerate it till tomorrow,then slice and bake it.

Lamb chops for husband and we will both finish off the escarole, beans and ditalini pasta I made 2 nights ago.

Last night I was in a hurry, and had to manage dinner in 10 minutes or less.
Had chicken nuggets and potatoes roasted in AF.

1/2 of the chicken Caesar wrap with a mix of crushed peppercorn and mayo.

Couple slices of moist lemon loaf with a cup of hot peppermint tea.

Cornbread with a bacon grease/jalapeno crust, Navy Beans with ham, wings, wings.
