Kielbasa and bean stew served over rice. I basically add 1 can dark red kidney beans, 1 can pink beans, 1 small can bush's vegetarian baked beans, a little brown sugar, 1 Tbsp. Mustard, 1/4 cup ketchup and add sliced kielbasa and cook for 45 minutes. I drain and rinse the pink and kidney beans. I buy Boars Head brand Kielbasa because there is no corn syrup. However there are a few polish deli's about 15 minutes from me that I must check out to try real Kielbasa.

Sounds yummy, lubby. I do that one sometimes with hamburger and bacon.

I wanted barbequed country-style ribs but after checking the freezers I found some loin chops that should be used. I'll brown and bake a short while and people can eat them however they want.

Making a casserole of hash brown potatoes and a frozen cherry, cream cheese, pineapple, whipped cream salad.

Tonight we are having a turkey tenderloin, baked acorn squash and some cornbread dressing from the freezer (I made extra at Thanksgiving). I'm probably going to make a salad too since I'm trying to use up all the perishables before a vacation.

Well, if you're doing leftovers, then what you've got going with them is a great pairing.
