Dinner was leftover pasta from a couple nights ago with a few additives and then baked. Served with crusty Italian bread, a fennel-orange and romaine salad and a glass of cabernet sauvignon. For dessert a piece of dark chocolate and an espresso.
Round two of the spaghetti and meatballs that I ate the other day.
Last night my son cooked a steak in the cast iron pan, heated up a packet of brown and wild rice, and cooked
frozen green beans for me. He jazzed up the rice with some Asian mushrooms and did the almandine thing with the beans. The reasonably priced red wine that he served was quite good.
Pinto beans with ham, cornbread and a side of spicy wings for SO.
