I brought fajitas to a friend recovering from surgery to the hospital. Lots left over except the meat, so I'm grilling a chicken breast and peppers to add to the rest of the leftovers for a meal.

On the road after work on this Taco Tuesday, and it was fitting that I stopped at Fuzzy's Tacos up in Anna, TX, where I had a loaded ground beef burrito (with guac, cilantro rice, cheese, and black beans). It was washed down with a Dr Pepper.
