Grilled salmon with honey, ginger, and lime, black rice, and roasted organic carrots - purple and orange, with the honey glaze.

We had a medium in thickness pepperoni pizza. Coke.

Desert: likely. Slice of cake and a scoop of ice cream.

Leftover lemon chicken and wild rice/mushroom pilaf, freshened with some beets and onions in a mustard vinegrette dressing as the veggie. I did not like beets as a child, but I quite like the steamed/peeled beets chilled as a salad these days :-)

Tonight: Brought home some mild Popeye's chicken legs and thighs (while setting aside some for lunch at work tomorrow). They are sided with some red beans with rice.

And I've also got Tiff's Treats' chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies for dessert, too.
