Copy Cat PF Chang vegetarian wraps with hoisin sauce for dipping. Mandarin Sunshine Salad with kale, lettuce, water chestnuts, slivered almonds, matchstick carrots, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, Trader Joe's veggie Turkey, and sesame citrus dressing.

Banana Strawberry frozen dessert - takes like ice cream and is easy to make.

Chicken can be used as the protein in the lettuce wraps.
