Roasted pork loin with a mushroom balsamic cream sauce, mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. Maybe a side salad and a glass of sauvignon blanc. Asian pear and herbal tea for dessert. Kind of a gloomy, rainy day which calls for a warm hearty dinner.
Yesterday's test run of Hello Fresh went really well. Tonight I am making our second meal from them. It is pork and zucchini bibimbap. I have high hopes for this one!
Our food delivery is running way late due to the snow storms. I'm not in a creative mood so protein pancakes and spicy spam (we are from Hawaii so it is socially acceptable ).
I pulled out some leftover holiday stuff to try to use, and burnt caramel bourbon sauce my sister made, and maple, cranberry, orange spread from TJs.
