This was last night's dinner ... roasted bbq-flavor chicken with rosemary-garlic veggies ...

Turned out great. I basted the chicken with bbq sauce 3 times, turning the chicken once. The veggies (small red potatoes, sweet onion, multi-color baby-cut carrots, and asparagus) were fantastic -- usually I stir-fry veggies but they were terrific roasted with the chicken (I put in the asparagus for only the last 15 minutes, which was perfect). YUM!

Have a great Friday peoples!
Where did you find multi colored carrots?
I'm going to have to look around my grocery store for those.
Dinner sounds good.

Last night we just had left overs. Basically 2 different kinds of pasta. One had huge meatballs And the other sausage. Salad and 1/2 a bottle of coke (Made in Mexico) and some water.

I might have missworded that. I bought a bag of "baby" carrots. They were purple, white, red and orange carrots. In the summer at my local farmstands I can find carrot bunches of mixed (better way to word it) colors.
