Tonight. I made chicken breasts with herbed goat cheese and sundried tomatoes. Baked potato. We have chocolate cake in the freezer, but no takers this time.

"Uncured bacon" and cheese ravioli from the deli section with some mushroom marinara sauce I took out of the freezer. Delicious!!

My green salad turned out especially well since I've got 3 kinds of lettuce in the garden. I have to enjoy it while it lasts, lettuce season is short in North Texas.
