Fried catfish nuggets for DH. I bought them fresh in the seafood department of my local grocery store. Not sure what I'll make with it. I might thaw out some shrimp and fry that too. I'll eat the shrimp.

Probably our last dinner before we take off for 9 days: I am having ribs, (will do in oven, too cold to do outside) add to the ribs, the rest of our snow peas and a green salad. That should pretty much take up all the food left in the fridge. Now, I have to get the packing done.

Just me and my boys again. For dinner I am sauteeing chicken breasts I cut into strips and marinated in some Greek salad dressing I made earlier in the week. I think I will also cube up some sweet potatoes and roast them. I'll round out the meal with a salad.

Tree pollen is crazy high right now. This is always a bad time of year as I react to it. The past 4 days I've had a killer sinus headache. Now it's moving. My ears, throat, coughing, fever.
I made some Lipton extra noodle soup. I'm having that with toast and butter with tea. DS is having meatloaf, mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach.
Thank you to all who have asked about him and sent good wishes. Thankfully, he has had no seizures since. We are between a rock and a hard place. They want him to see a specialist, but they won't see him with no insurance. He can't work and hasn't since he became ill in 2011. Waiting on the outcome of his SSI hearing that happened 4 weeks ago. If he's approved at least he'll have insurance. It annoys me they'll give SSI to people who eat themselves into 600 lbs, but not someone who actually needs it. Sorry. I'm a tad p***ed at the system.
