I’m trying a Moroccan pork shoulder. It’s roasting, low and slow, with a rub, and yams, carrots, onion, apricots and fresh lemons. The rub has turmeric, ginger, pepper, clove, cinnamon....

Making “saffron” rice with it.

Had a lot of vegetables in the fridge,they all went in a big pot to make vegetable soup , lots left over that i plan to strain and freeze the great tasting broth for a later date,i'm thinking after Xmas turkey soup.
