^^I love shashuka!!!

Tonight, I tried tuna noodle casserole for the first time in my life. Of course, it was far from authentic because I had to make my own non-dairy version of cream of soup... but it was pretty darn good. Not something I'd crave, but I enjoyed it. It left me feeling very nourished and with a comfort food feeling.

Mmmm ... shakshuka! We were introduced to it right here!

Tonight, I made a quick pressure cooker beef stew, using a little red wine, onion, carrot, celery, and daikon radish instead of potatoes. While I was waiting for that to finish, I made biscuits, just because. Nom.

Yes! I tried it a few months a go after seeing a recipe posted here. I fell in love with it and need to make it again soon.

We haven't decided about tonight. Going out for something. Maybe Italian, maybe Mexican.

YES! Before tonight I had never had it. It was in one of my Christmas Cookbooks and it "called out to me".

It is delicious!

As to Tuna Noodle Casserole - I know several versions. If you need a dairy or gluten free version - I'd be happy to share!

I went to Five Guys tonight, I had absolutely no desire to go home and cook. It was very good..
I was sitting next to a couple who've never eaten there before, they were amazed at the bag of fries..
