I just watched Lidia's show and she made crepes, Now I have a craving. I would spread nutella in mine then add sliced bananas, fold over add more nutella, whipped cream and chopped hazel nuts.

I make russian style crepes and I like to put either dulce de leche, cream cheese w/sugar, or cheese inside them. If I have leftover crepes I put shredded cheddar cheese and microwave for one minute, they come out really tasty!

Oh my God that sounds divine!

I really love pancakes, with my favorite being buttermilk and buckwheat with blueberries. I'm also one of those people who never has bacon or sausage (or eggs or anything else) with my pancakes. A big stack is a meal until itself, with real maple syrup and real butter.
