I'm marinade'n top sirloin to skewer and smoke, 2 big-ol' t-bones, and shrimp that will be brined-skewered-and smoked. With that I'm gonna make smoked twice baked potatoes and fresh sliced tomatoes w/evoo s&p. Dessert willl be more steak/shrimp/tomatoes......for me anyway. Probably ice cream for the wife and kids.

I am hungover -- too much beer at the game last night We just ordered pizza for lunch and we'll have some split pea soup out of the freezer for dinner tonight. It is HOT here today and I've got some gardening to do......don't feel like it at all!

A beautiful breeze here today. Sliced cold roast chicken, roma tomatoes and potato salad. Simple and good.
Have a great Sunday everyone.

I just took a big ham steak out of the freezer......we went out for sushi but the place wasnt open for Sunday lunch....went to an Irish pub and DP had fish and chips (sweet potato fries) I had a lobstah roll...both had cole slaw. But I know we will be hungry later I might make some mac and cheese to go with the ham. Time will tell. DP has gotten into a Dunkin Donut break every afternoon. I really don't need to get into that habit.....he is slim and athletic; where as I am...............ample! lol
