Very healthy. I'd probably opt for the real meat meatballs ... but everything else on that menu sounds really good!

Ok. I can't stay behind.

We had the grilled skinless chicken thighs marinated in italian dressing. I opened up a bag of red, yellow, and green peppers and onions, and stuck that in the microwave. BF had made white rice (for himself because I'm not touching that until I lose a ton of weight) and, oh, I also opened up a can of mixed veggies.

Then we walked the dogs.

One of these days I'm gonna surprise you all! :-)

We said what the heck? and decided to meet some friends for some killer burgers at a bar in Denver called My Brother's Bar. They have a burger with jalapenos and cream cheese that is so unique and delicious.....

Tomorrow I think we'll do some baked pasta, but who knows???

Since it's Friday I'll be doing home made fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy and cole slaw.(I don't mind doing this on Fridays because I can also
have Sat morning to finish cleaning up the mess I make!)
