I guess when cooking and baking comes as a second nature it's easy...but I am kitchen challenged so I have to really work hard just to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. My specialty is making coffee from scratch whole beans...

Well, I did make the WW spaghetti, successfully. :-)

I took last night's salty meat and let it simmer in a jar of olive oil and garlic sauce and VOILA. Made some brocolli too. :-)))

Nite everybody.

Morning all.

Drooling over RCG's link to NC Pigpickin'.

Went out to our local Cheers last night and shared a huge nacho platter, a couple of drinks and frustrations w/weather with the locals.

Today-heavy rain that will turn to snow this evening and we're to get 12 to 16" between tonight and Sat. morning.

I'm making a big pot of "gravy", meatballs, sausage and stuffed shells. Chocolate cream pie.

I totaly understand about the snow frustration. Hang in there Lacey! In my old stomping grounds ( Anchorage, Alaska.) end of May was pretty much the very beginning of spring. Moved to Fl. and right now it's great but come summer we hate it. Much to hot and humid for us. I guess no place is perfect. Maybe the Azores
