Good morning!

We are up to our elbows in a science project right now, so things are hectic at home, to say the least! I think I'm going to stop and get some sub sandwiches on the way home. There is no time (or inclination) to cook!

It is going to be over 70 here today, so I think I will fire up the grill and make some cheeseburgers, potato salad and green salad, and watch dh put some more planking up on the ceiling.

I think I will save the bacon wrapped scallops for this weekend... so where does that leave me tonight?

Perhaps I should let hubby have his cereal tonight. DH, your wish is coming true!

I'm thinking about making corned beef tonight. Sill have one I bought when they were on sale and have some cabbage that needs using soon and I'll add a few carrots and some potatoes. I can start this now and then continue on with getting my house in order/painted etc for when the kids come in April. Whew..and here I sit!! I get tired just thinking about all I have to do. Guess I'd just better get up and do it. Will check in later........

Cyn have you checked for a site online for Rosarita? You might be able to order them. When I go home to NJ I always stock up on tomato paste and anchovy paste in tubes and other things I can't find here.

Only problem is Lasey--shipping costs have risen so high as of lately it would cost so much to have them shipped...just have to try to find other brands here I might like as much or even more as Movingtohouston said! I may bring back a few more items when we fly there in April though! We do online selling and believe me all of the shipping cost have gone up so much it's really hurting online businesses. Whatcha gonna do??

sgresident: What time is dinner? Sounds delicious. When I made a pork roast 2 wks. ago, I sliced up the cold pork thinly and we had roast pork sandwiches with mayo for lunch. Yummy.

Lacey, I am curious. We moved from Manahawkin to NC because of the enormous expense and corruption. What was your reason to move from Lacey to Mn. Our Acct. is still in Lacey and wants to relocate to Arizona.

Kelsie-we were just about neighbors!!!!!!!!!!! I lived in Lacey twp. My kids and grands are still there.

We moved for the same reasons you did. Property taxes, corruption, congestion. I know Manahawkin have a huge jump in prop. taxes and that shouldn't be what with all the growth and major retailers coming in.

I remember Manahawkin when the drive in was the only thing on Rt 72. BTW did you hear that Wes Bell died yesterday-fell from a billboard!!!! True.

Really wish I had pushed DH harder for NC tho.
