Good morning all! I just pulled out lasagna from the freezer for dinner tonight. Probably will roast the rest of our asparagus with it too.

Good morning all-
Hubby wants pork chops, so that is what I will be cooking. Maybe some mac and cheese and a salad to go with it.

I was sitting here wondering what in the world am I going to make for dinner---again!! I'm getting that burned out feeling I get every now and again--not good. So thanks to you Denise I've decided to pull out some pork steaks and have mashed potatoes, applesauce and whatever kind of veggie I pick up at the store today. That's why I check in here first thing in the morning--to get ideas and to remind me I need to take something out for dinner! Thanks....

Good morning everyone!

We are fending for ourselves tonite - DH has yet another game! I wish I could get motivated enough to cook on the weekends and make dinners to freeze like Highlands - but honestly - cooking 1 meal (or at least trying to, LOL) is enough of a challenge.

I'm leaning towards mexican-maybe enchiladas, refried beans or quesidillas. Will let you all know later.

Cheese stuffed bison burgers (thereby successfully cancelling out the low fat virtues of the bison) and baked beans. If you can get bison at your market, you should try it. All the flavor of beef, but lower fat.

Yes I've had bison and it's very good. Also had ostrich and it doesn't taste like chicken-tastes like beef.
