LOL no. He loves them. I told him to buy a really good pair so they can break in with him and they can be around for a long time.

I tried them once and instead of breaking them in I nearly broke a toe or 2 ....

So that was a very short love affair between me and flip flops!

I have a pair that I use primarily while out fishing in my bass boat in July and August. It's handy to jump out into the drink should you have a problem with wind, current or "speeders" zooming past and making a big wake while trying to put your boat back on the trailer when things aren't cooperating. They are also handy wearing in the locker-room at the gym so you don't catch some other dude's "jungle rot" walking on the floor barefoot.
