Yeah skinny women can have big boobs. Those are actually my measurements I am nothing out of the norm. My boobs are 100% natural. Some women hold their fat in the bust mainly.

There was no mention of this in any the links I provided.

You never mentioned girdles in your original post, so what's the point?
No it's a size 2. to me extremely small would be 00 for an average height woman. I can find a size 2 just fine but a 0 or 00 is a lot rarer generally.

I was speaking of any waist cincher.

From Wiki:

Ruth Handler watched her daughter Barbara play with paper dolls, and noticed that she often enjoyed giving them adult roles. At the time, most children's toy dolls were representations of infants. Realizing that there could be a gap in the market, Handler suggested the idea of an adult-bodied doll to her husband Elliot, a co-founder of the Mattel toy company. He was unenthusiastic about the idea, as were Mattel's directors.

During a trip to Europe in 1956 with her children Barbara and Kenneth, Ruth Handler came across a German toy doll called Bild Lilli.[1] The adult-figured doll was exactly what Handler had in mind, so she purchased three of them. She gave one to her daughter and took the others back to Mattel. The Lilli doll was based on a popular character appearing in a comic strip drawn by Reinhard Beuthin for the newspaper Die Bild-Zeitung. Lilli was a blonde bombshell, a working girl who knew what she wanted and was not above using men to get it. The Lilli doll was first sold in Germany in 1955, and although it was initially sold to adults, it became popular with children who enjoyed dressing her up in outfits that were available separately.

More explicitly to the point:

This character, known for her large breasts and sexy clothing, was created for adult entertainment "a symbol of sex and pornography for the men of Germany" (Johnson "History"). Handler discovered Lilli while shopping in Switzerland and brought the doll home for her daughter to play with.

Her measurements were never intended to be realistic. She was a porn symbol.

I looked her up this just sounds a tad creepy to me.

Your fortunate to have that figure, however, typical smaller size is a 4-6. Even with vintage clothing women with a larger bust typicaly go up a few sizes having them altered to fit through the waist and hip.

But your measurements aren't typical. Just because you have them, doesn't mean they're "pretty typical" for petite women. Or any women. If they were typical, women's clothing would be designed for a big bust and narrow hips, and wider hipped (or smaller-busted) women would have to get their clothes altered. Clothing is designed for an hourglass figure, not a top-heavy triangle figure.

A girdle does not shave six inches off a waistline, does it? That seems ludicrous. A 22" waist is quite small for an adult woman that tall.

And doesn't she have size six feet? I think Barbie's hands and feet are the same length.

Yes, well, please note I posted another source. This isn't news, it's been known about Barbie for decades. The women's movement researched it and published about it back sometime around the 1980's.
