Obviously the only thing more ridiculously stupid than the overly baggy pants Fringe fad is Mod cut. ....I HATE baggy pants fashionwith a passion but I would be tempted to wear em anyway just to challenge Mod cut.

My husband caught 2 separate felony suspects in a foot pursuit......when their pants fell down!!! true story
One of my memories from watching some TV cop show or other was that every single male suspect ended up stumbling to the patrol car with his pants around his knees. Gave a whole new meaning to the phrase about "getting caught with...". Funny, the fictionalized cop show suspects never do. So much for authenticity.
I live in a backwater. I still see it fairly often, mostly because I think the guys (and some gals) have spent so much time in jail they don't realize how dated the look is. It cracks me up that they think they look so badazz when they just look dated and stupid.
