Interesting! I had to look up the story to find out some more information on why he was wearing a skirt, the video sound kept cutting out on me. I think it's kind of extreme that the town got involved. Would it be illegal for a woman to mow a lawn in a short skirt? I don't think that's fair.

Man denied request to wear short skirt - UPI.com

CLINTON, La., April 10 (UPI) -- A professional landscaper in Louisiana who suffers from painful heat rash said he was denied a request to wear a short skirt because it's against the law.

Jay Herrod's request was turned down after he explained his situation to the Clinton Board of Aldermen at a town meeting Wednesday, WAFB-TV, Baton Rouge, reported.

"It's very painful. It's easy for somebody to point their finger at me and judge me, but

Seems like his "skirt" was too short. When he's riding his mower, it appears that it "all" hangs out for the world to see. Not good.

Aside from the issue of "showing too much," how can they tell a man what to wear? Are women banned from wearing pants?? Nope! My male roommate owns a few skirts, and wears them proudly when it's hot... of course, we live in San Francisco, so it's hardly going to turn any heads here. And what about kilts in Scotland?? Ridiculous law...

I'll second that

For goodness sakes, they had to blur it out - why wasn't he wearing underwear? Is that comfortable to have your equipment bouncing around like that? I know when I'm on my riding mower I need to wear a really good bra to keep the rack from bouncing too much.

I should go cut my lawn in a skirt with no undies I just might earn some money doing it
