I am wondering, do women in general hate bald guys and dispise them? (blonde, sexier)

Mmmm...Patrick Stewart, Vin Diesel, Jason Stratham, Taye Diggs...
Granted, the best candidates for the bald head style are men who have a round shaped head, not pointy. If you have hair and are considering the bald look, judgment should be used before shaving it off. Try on a swim cap to get an idea.
I've never had an issue with hair or lack of it. It's what's on the inside of a man's head that counts. My husband has been bald since he was in his 20's. I've actually never even seen him with hair except in old photos. It's never bothered me a bit, in fact I think he looks better now than when he was a young man.
To the poster upthread who said that women with short hair are "lazy," I say B.S. Short hairstyles can require more frequent trims and just as much, if not more, daily maintenance than longer styles.
People are individuals. One size doesn't fit all. Everyone has his or her own best look. To say that all bald men are not attractive or that all women should have long hair is just baloney.

I like them all, but I don't care about men with long hair. Sorry, but some DO look like females with long hair. Not into that. Give me a bald guy anytime.
I think it totally depends on the man, the rest of his features, his style, how he carries himself, etc. Examples below:
Attractive:
Not:
If the man is bald only in the middle, he should just shave everything off. It's better to be totally bald than having a big bald patch on top of the head.
Yeah you sure are quick to tell people that they are ugly. Id like to see what you look like, probably a 1 or 2 in my book.
