Ok so ive been on this routine for a month and has been working good for me...what do yiu guys think about it and shoukd I adjust anything?

Too many variables. What are your goals? What is your actual routines, I.e. exercises and sets x reps? Are you eating enough to bulk or cut depending on you aforementioned goals. Are you adding weight and/or reps each session?

My goals are to add size and gain muscle...I do 4 sets and do about 6-8 reps per set...I increase wieght anouy every other week....I am esting enough calories for my goals...inwas st 130 and am now at 145

Adding size and gaining muscle is the same thing, unless you meant adding size and strength. I mean from a very limited perspective your bodybuilding split looks alright but I cannot really judge it without looking at sample workouts to see what exact exercises your doing.

Ill give you some general suggestions I tell my clients.

If you want to get big and strong I recommend getting strong first to build a base. Things like Wendelers 5/3/1 or Starting Strength are good places to start then going into a body building routine if you want a more sculpted look.
But if your passed novice and intermediate gains you can start with a bodybuilding routine.

If you don know what I'm talking about google it.
