There was a Retired Polish general who served his country for many decades, including the time when Poland was part of the Warsaw Pact. He said that then Poland served another master and today Poland is once again serving another master.
You'd think Russia doesn't have a right to put up its own air defense systems on its own soil. OOOGAGAGAG BOOOOGAAAA!!! the new "Iorn Curtain". Terrifiying isn't it?
Wait until they field the S-500. It can take down sattelites in near earth orbit ffs.
Why would they want an EU army? That means German. The current setup works, they are 100% guaranteed from armed aggression now from any side...for the first time in maybe forever. Poland has a rapidly growing market economy thanks to the EU. Putin's COMECON wannabe EEU isn't attractive at all.

Yes, he has 100% protection, but did not specify whose interests. Just tell me why in the period of modern history in Europe was spilled and shed so much blood in military conflicts*. After all, 100% protection ! How so?
Video from Valeria. I live in the Seattle area and we just had snow for about 2 weeks that in total was about 12 in and it stuck around. This is the result of 2 days of snow NE of Moscow. I shouldn't be complaining.
Essay from former State Dept. official who resigned over Obama's profitable surge in Afghanistan: Time to end the lies and leave Afghanistan to allow the different parties to reach a peace settlement
Its a highly mobile (all terrain) easily hidable high endurance missile system that can carry many different flavors of missiles including nuclear armed warheads. One of these things can hide out in the woods moving from hidey hole to old barn to train trestle for months at a time with minimal supply and maintenance. A good crew in one of these would never be found by prying eyes in just about any type of terrain. Not only can the missiles it uses be carried on the TELs they can be carried on trains, and tractor trailers in cargo containers.
Russia has built and tested the missiles but has not mass produced them. Just as America has done to several different types, both land based and sea based systems. Nobody seems to know just what China has in this league either. One thing is for certain though. China has a horse in the race.

I remember and interview with some US Marine colonel about Afghanistan. It was at the fancy headquarters in Qatar of all places, nowhere near Afghanistan. The jar head colonel seemed to be more of a salesman than soldier. He went on and on about all the sacrifices and blah blah blah and emphasized certain points. The most prominant one being, "If we leave it will all have been for nothing".
It isn't for nothing. That's for damn sure.
