If you want to stop corruption you need people to swing from trees and bell towers. That includes the goddamn lawyers. America doesn't even try anymore when you get to the higher ups. Some small town bereaucrats get thumped once in awhile but when you get into the big leagues those people are untouchable.

In all honesty as ironic as it sounds, it's actually much easier to "sort out" Russia ( what needs to be done there under the circumstances,) than the US. That's the way I see it.
