That is why most are not spending .They know that washington does care about the individual really People are voting with their spending just as the banks are holding on to cash just the markets are.That is the real vote on the stimulus working.

If we don't borrow this money and stimulate our economy quickly then we will be bankrupt and that is guaranteed. There is no guarantee about the effect of the stimulus other than it will begin to turn things around. The truth is most economist believe that we are not spending enough.

If we are going bankrupt blaming Obama is being removed from reality. Remember that Reagan and the two Bushs are almost completely responsible for our national debt. The last fiscally responsible president we had was Clinton and Kennedy before that. The republicans have no credibility when it comes to fiscal responsibility or economics.
