Please, no facts. This board can't digest them.

Maybe the OP doesn't realize that the vast majority of Americans are going to think this is a really good thing in light of what has been happening in the economy over the past few months. Over a trillion taxpayer dollars in bailouts to these CEO's so they can collect their huge salaries and bonuses. People want these CEO's to be held accountable.
Perhaps, and I dislike these people myself, but whether we like them or not, they are responsible for a lot of American jobs and they are more likely to have an idea of how Obama's policies would affect the economy. The bad ones do need to be held accountable but the good ones don't need to be hammered either.

Umm...Warren went on the record months ago and said the tax structure was unfair and he doesn't pay nearly enough.

Look at your own chart - it looks like a generic chart of federal revenues. It doesn't say anything about corporate taxes. At least post the source.

Nice graph there. Too bad it doesn't say a thing about where those federal revenues are coming from.

The part about Buffets comments that are not widely known, is that Buffet thinks corporations should pay ZERO taxes, and then you tax the revenue when it gets distributed to the owners/stock holders..

Given the fact that it is not fair, how exactly how do you make it fair? Liberals oppose a flat tax, which would be the fairest tax, but you know poor people shouldnt have to pay taxes

As long as people continue to look at CEO's as benefactors that will provide them the opportunity to live their lives, CEO's are going to continue to be able to get away with the things they are doing.

The fact is that the VAST majority of new jobs are created by small businesses, and the VAST majority of layoffs and jobs being shipped overseas are under the direction of large corporate CEO's.

People think that we need CEO's more than they need us. The opposite is true.

Sorry, I figured people on the internet were smart enough to right click the image, and see that it comes from factcheck

Sadly the economy as set up now would collapse without the big corporations. I suspect if Obama wins a lot more jobs will be outsourced because of tax increases. Increasing taxes never helps the economy, like it or not.
