I Know this from watching the McCains robotic replies and he cannot steer away from stump speech answers and from McCain asking for the lights in the hall to be turned down and the prompter to be brought closer so that he could see it.
considering that obama was criticised for taking time to think about his replies at the wright interviews and McCain started his answers before some of the questions had been asked fully, i think that would answer anyones questions about McCains stump speech answers.
McCain gave a quick and decisive answer to abortion but when asked a simple question about how many homes he has he was floored. This seems to show a man who cannot answer the simplest of questions without being primed by his staff. Hope he has his staff sleeping in the same room as him in case that 3am call comes.
It's because they are his wife's homes and you know she isn't letting him know where they are. If he had the addresses he would hop on the Internet, get directions and.........wait never mind.....can't use the Internet.
it is not uncommon for those with real estate as an investment not to remember exactly how many properties they own. They have property managers that handle all of them so I have had many people have to think about it or call their manager to find out. These are not rich elitists either, just people I deal with all of the time in the real estate investing business.

Or it might mean that after 70 years McCain knows where he stands on the issues whereas after 47 years Obama is still trying to figure it out.
I could care less, but don't go around calling your opponent an out of touch celebrity elitist when your the one living the hollywood lifestyle. Marrying the younger broad for money, not knowing how many houses you have and gambling all the time. Then again, McCain forgets everything so this isn't really surprising, friends.
But McCain isn't in Real Estate. Maybe he wants to be President as a part time thing while he builds Real Estate?
No but maybe Cindy McCain is and she's the one with the money. When they married the McCain's agreed to keep their finances separate. Cindy runs the beer distributorship left to her by her father. I suspect John has no idea about the operation of that business because it's not his. The same may apply to the properties that Cindy has bought.
The question was how many homes does John McCain own. If he owns houses with Cindy he would have to sign the Docs. He was asked only about HIS property and he didn't know.
