Simpson-Bowles had no chance because all the Retards in the House signed a pledge that they wouldn't support any budget if it involved an increase in tax revenue even 10-1 cuts!

Haven't you seen the polls? The independents break for the challenger in the last week of the election. We have the worst economy since the great depression and the mideast in flames.

Wake up. It is simply shocking that ANYONE would want the worst president in US history to be elected for four more years of economic misery.

Fortunately, there are not enough liberals to put him back into office and the independents have more commons sense. Game over.
Please calm down or else I won't give you that cookie on Nov 7 when you realize that Mitt Romney has LOST.

Oh that's easy. Some combination of this:

1. The Media
2. The Storm recovery effort saved him.
3. Romney was too liberal. Should have elected a "real" conservative.
4. Illegal Hispanic Immigrants voting.
5. ACORN or One single Black Panther with a billy club scared millions of elderly whites from the polls.

You do realize the most watched news channel is a 24/7 political pro-Romney station? You guys always brag how Fox "News" aka Propaganda has more viewers than CNN and MSNBC combined.

Here was a bold plan just begging for the President’s seal of approval. It would take political courage to endorse the plan, or even seriously discuss it, but it would open up a true dialogue between liberals and conservatives about our nation’s future. The President had an opportunity to make good on his campaign promises of bipartisanship by challenging both sides of the political spectrum. And with all of this at stake…he acted as if the commission never even happened. Sure, he paid it some lip service here and there, but he never ran with any of the proposals. He didn’t incorporate any major aspects of them into his budget. He never entered into serious negotiations with House and Senate leaders about the commission’s recommendations. President Obama created the debt commission to score political points and buy himself some time, but he wasn’t willing to show the political courage needed to endorse any of its refreshingly bold proposals. The President had a chance to put policy ahead of politics and address this serious issue, but instead he decided against it.

Simpson-Bowles asked for 3-1 cuts/tax! Even flip flopping Romney said he will not consider any budget that uses increased tax revenue. Obama has been asking for a balanced approach since the debt debate started. $2 trillion in spending cuts and $2 trillion in tax hikes on the wealthy.

Exactly, and talk radio, and newspaper commentary is also dominated by the right wing.

Surely you don't think facts get in their way when coming up with an excuse as to why Romney lost?

It's obvious Obama will win the election.

The Republicans are going to claim that President Obama is in league with the devil and that the First Family has used the White House as some sort of coven so that Satan (with the help of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Tooth Fairy) can help give the power Obama to overthrow the UN and rule the world.
