With the dollar falling more in value than any other currency in the world (during the last six months) in relationship towards the Euro, something has to be done. How about we change our National Currency to a new name and combine it with the Canadian Dollar and the Mexican Peso- and we would have the new US Dollar (North American Union) version of the Euro.Would you accept this idea to save our economy and currency? Would it be possible as our dollar reaches a crisis stage?

I highly doubt that Canada would want any part of this deal, even through threats of force.
It would be the first step of the North American Union. Mexico and Canada is already concerned about the fall of the American Dollar because they are not able to send us as much of their goods because the cost of everything from Canada is going up making exports not so popular. Mexico would like to see our dollar stronger so when our illegals send money back it will be worth more. I expect a common North American Currency soon. How about you?

The rest of the world will want much of what Canada produces when Americans are priced out of the market.
Also, much of what Canada ships here are considered essentials and will be bought regardless of our depreciating dollar. They'll just be getting more of our monopoly money. What won't be bought much is real estate, domestic stocks, electronics, automobiles, etc.

IMO a North American Union would be a disaster and I hope it never happens. Sorry but I prefer to retain the autonomy (political AND economic) of the United States of America. Let's see, you're proposing that the USA has some kind of moral responsibility to "assist" Canada's and Mexico's economy, just like we're now bailing out the financially irresponsible individuals and lending institutions here at home (and at the expense of fiscally responsible Americans, btw)? NO, thank you! You may expect a common North American Currency, but I expect that most Americans will receive that idea the same way they did the recent attempt at 'immigration reform': with a resounding NO WAY.

how would combining currecny make our weak dollar stronger?
it is time that you all wake up. not to force religion on you but this has been another sign of the end times, a one world currency which is what we are moving to, just like the rfid chips that will be used as identification,(the mark of the beast)
and it shocks me the number of people that suport oboma, come on and wake up already,, look what he stands for. dont be blinded by his tactics, the bible warned us about this thing, he is very dangerous. Its like people want so bad to prove they are not racist, so they support him just to prove that point.. he is no-good and why cant you all wake up and see this.
combining our currency with canada and mexico will just make it tht much easier to combine the entire global market, then one man could have complete control over evrything. for people that side with me and know whats REALLY going on i suggest you buy gold and save it, cuz you can use this to buy things in the future when you dont take (the mark)
Create a problem then offer a "solution." Precisely what the govt./fed have done. Destroyed the dollar, so they can get rolling on their plans for the North American Union.
