Has anyone found the flea frontline etc., is not killing fleas this year?
My dog had fleas first time in 8 years and frontline did not kill them?
The bug person comes each other month and sprays indoor and out!
I also did get raid flea to kill the rugs fleas, worked great!
Then I did think when I did read the pill comfortis and I did buy a 6 pack!

So far, it seems to work, because when the dog is on the chair, the fleas
are dead which was how frontline once did work? As anyone else tried this
and has frontline just quit with fleas? This pill is costly, but it seems to
work and I get it from Dr Foster and Smith to save some money!

We had to switch from Frontline to Advantix. I think finally the fleas became immune to Frontline.

When frontline came out it was so perfect and advatage was then best for cats and frontline dogs! I was a greal fan of frontline also til, I did see it did not kill
them! This pill so far I have seen the fleas dead on the chair and not on the dog? That was what frontline did so well til this year when not a kill the fleas
in the product! I even did do it twice and got there spray and did the flea comb then did try this pill which is working so far. The fleas are dead and
don't itch and bite the dog! It seems too bad the fleas get to be way to immune to a great product that did work! The spray works on contact but
is also costly.

I have seen this too - first time I had to evacuate the house and bomb it with flea bombs, use the one day kill [Capstan?] and treat the yard in YEARS.

Try to find CapStar. It kills 90% of all the parasites on dogs and cats espiacially fleas and ticks. Go to 1800PetMeds - America's Pet Medication & Pet Supplies Pharmacy. If you see their CapStar reviews, you will be amazed what all of them said.

Must depend on location. Flea season was mild where I live.

Default Getting rid of fleas using Comfortis

Hi I was wondering if any of you have formed an opinion on it as of yet? I live in Florida and had used Frontline then the plus for years and it stopped being effective so I went to advantax and it is now not working so my vet whom I’ve gone to since 1991 now recommends Comfortis. Well after reading everything out there its so confusing. Do you like it now or think for 2 Chihuahua’s it is fine? I was thinking of using Revolution to combine the heartworm and flea to save money since I have 4 cats and 2 dogs. What do you think?

Thank you Coastline. It seems this Comfortis has been out and my vet says it is new but those posts are of last year. Wonder if there were problems this year.
