Try cucumber and watermelon together. Very hydrating. I always use less watermelon. Plain cucumber is very good too
Yes, have been adding cucumber to the juice but no watermelon. Trying to stick to veggies as much as possible. Day 2 was really tough, I was nauseas with a sore throat so I had some pure honey which made me feel better to bounce me back. Phew. Scale shows a loss of 5 lbs already and my face swelling has gone down as well.

Hang in there man. You are probably at the worst stage now, day 3-4, but it's probably a bit different for everyone. It will get much, much better. Stay strong.
OK, fine............but start making eating-plans for when transitioning away from juicing!
