Day 3, WOW. Sudden boost of energy. Felt allot better compared to day 1 and 2. I did not feel hungry most of the day and drinking my glass of juice every 2-3 hours. Today I blended, celery, kale, cucumber, carrots, granny smith apple, ginger. I am currently down from 268 to 263 lbs

Thank you for all your support guys. It really helps me keep track of it daily on this post.

Day 4, feeling better than before. Weight down to 261.5. I am planning to start incorporating animal protein after my 15th day of juicing. So far so good, I feel the toughest phase of this process has already past but too early to tell.

I feel good, energetic, mental clarity is at 100%. No aches, pain.

Weight loss progress:
Starting weight 267-268
Current weight: 261.5

Day 5, woke up feeling fine, not hungry. Weight dropped another lb since yesterday. I did include some protein in my diet yesterday to avoid feeling sluggish. Today I'm just straight juicing nothing else. Feeling good so far. It is getting easier.

Current weight:
260.5

So glad you're still at it- nice job.

When I went 100% plant-based, I was initially concerned about protein.

Did more reading, studying; I'm confident I get enough protein eating plants- no meat, dairy, eggs, etc for me.

High protein diets are not live span favorable- most people eat too much protein.

Dairy and meat proteins are far superior to plant proteins.

Nonsense.

Even if you do eat too much protein, nothing bad happens.

You will still need to supplement with B12. An essential vitamin you can only get through animals.

Yes. That's right. Thanks for pointing that out. I'm aware I get no B12 in my diet.

I do take a supplement daily. Glad you mentioned it Luckyd, because that's important.
